As always, the food was great. We picked up the food ourselves for the first time because we are not in the delivery area. Despite a fixed time, we had to wait another 30 minutes for the food on site. For this one point deduction. However, we received 2 free drinks as compensation. Nevertheless it would have been nice to inform us that it will take so long.

I was born in Milan and I think the pizza tastes good here. The dough is much better than in some other so-called Italian "pizzeria" and I tasted the pizza better than the one I had eaten in Milan in January. The spelling of the names and ingredients is correct; I always pay attention to that. I think the location is very beautiful and modern. I find the Italian language course at the toilet awesome and super funny. We have been here several times and never had problems with reservations and the allocation of seats. When the shop is overcrowded, the service works fine. I highly recommend l'osteria. Grazie mille e alla prossima volta!

Pasta portion unfortunately served carelessly and lukewarm on the plate. Pizza, on the other hand, is big enough and tasty. Unfortunately, it takes a long time from ordering to serving - but this is also due to the high number of visitors. Sufficient parking spaces are available. I can definitely recommend it.

Folks ... I can only agree with the previous reviews. The organization and time management is a disaster. We ordered two pizzas and got after 50 minutes !!! said that these are now finally in the open. The waiting time per pizza would currently be 1 hour. This statement is very worrying. After 80 minutes !!! we didn't feel like it anymore and asked for the bill for our drinks. As compensation they gave us a voucher for 2x Prosecco and antipasti on the next visit. That seems to be a common scam, since the vouchers were right there ... like a Mc Donalds voucher campaign. We will definitely not eat there again anyway. You can clearly see that the kitchen cannot cope with the crowd. The motto here is clearly "quantity instead of quality".

Once and never again! The man at the front desk is not particularly friendly, as is the lady who served us. Our meal was picked up after thirty minutes and then we could wait another forty minutes for that highlight a hair in the food. The same dish was made again and you were allowed to wait 25 minutes again, the other dishes of course getting cold. Also the bill came only after asking the third time, an apology never came up with rather snotty answers. Absolutely not recommended.

The shop is absolutely not to be recommended. The three of us wanted to have dinner today, so we made a reservation by phone for 4:15 pm. Until then everything is fine ... We were there on time and could also order directly. Drinks came immediately after ordering. We had a starter that was served after about 25 minutes. Up to this point, as we expected. After that, unfortunately, nothing came for a long time, after about 1 hour we asked friendly ... again nothing to see from the food! We were amazed to find that the guests at the next table had already had their food. Wouldn't be unusual now if these hadn't come clearly after us ... after the second or third reminder of the waitress, the salad we actually wanted to eat with the pizza came. Right, wanted ... after another 15 minutes the first pizza came! ..... finally eat, think .... the second pizza came back after about 15 minutes and the chili oil ordered .... we are still waiting for that. Any appetite then gave way to this cheek! In terms of service, this shop is the worst I've had in recent years! L‘Ostaria Langenfeld never again !!!!!!!

The staff at the entrance behave as if you should feel honored when you get a table. The only employee who was really friendly was a blond young man. I have no words for the others. Around us 3 tables where the ordered pizza came, the pasta dishes about 30 minutes later. First and last time.

The two of us were there yesterday and sat in the winter garden. Starter was ok. Ordered pizza with double ham ..... I wonder how much ham would have been on it if I had just ordered ham. However, we didn't have to wait long for the drinks. The service was friendly and exemplary. I think we'll be back

Quality of the food, like everywhere else, very good, Aaaaaber: Inflexible, inattentive service. Long waiting time for drinks and starters. Somehow nobody felt responsible for our table - it was only when we wanted to pay the bill that the lady suddenly became completely fixated. :-( Next time back to Lövenich or Dormagen.

Service is very slow. Ordering drinks took a long time - delivery was a long time coming ... Food order was only accepted 20 minutes later ... then the information was only given that it was only possible to order pizza, supposedly because it would be Sunday evening and everything else would take too long according to the service. Background music too loud ... entertainment hardly possible. Re-ordering the drinks was hardly possible because the staff hadn't taken care of our table. It took a long time to wave to a service staff and order drinks. A dessert was not wanted either, that one still ordered it. Anyone who does not value satisfied customers in this current situation - they also do not deserve to continue to support them - there are enough other (better) restaurants in the area - which also appreciate it and where you feel comfortable as a guest - also shortly before closing time.

There were six of us outside, when the weather was nice. The kids think it's great to get a giant pizza. I think it's exaggerated, the pizza is just very thin (there's nothing against it) but then it also gets cold quickly. The ingredients are good. High quality but unfortunately a little too little (I like the good taste with every bite). Nothing speaks against a visit but I prefer to go to the old, long-established Italian.

The L'Osteria in Langenfeld has been our favorite pizzeria in the region for many years. The pizzas are really huge and more than appropriate in terms of price. Even if you don't quite manage the pizza, you can have the leftovers packed and take home. The taste is delicious and the base is crispy. The tables alone are too small for the size of the pizzas 😋 Today we had a Prosciutto Pizza (9.90 €), Pizza Salsiccia Picante (11.90 €) and a small Pizza Salami (4.50 €). We would love to come back! 🍕👍

Been there a few times now. The staff is always friendly, the service is good. The pizzas are very big and taste great. But today I and my friends decided to try the pasta: 1. are far too little seasoned 2. Tastes like spaghetti with only tomato puree slapped on the plate with a bit of green (basil, rocket or something like that for the look). I was able to season it myself with salt and pepper, but something was still missing. Please the noodles more seasoning otherwise all good :)

Food usually tastes great here, but I'm slowly giving up. We always wait here for a long time. Kids pizza came after 60 minutes now. The other meal after 75 minutes. Reorder of the drink was ignored. Back then there was bread and oil here before dinner and parmesan with pasta dishes. But the times are unfortunately over. No pleasure.

Awful Service. You may have to wait 20-30' minutes just to order. Last time they just forgot to write down our order so we had to wait for more than 1h for a pizza. No one really seems to care for the situation.

Delicious Pizza, ok-types salad and friendly personal. Would love to visit once again. We can recommend Pizza Rustica and BBQ Chicken Pizza. This place is for those who like really thin crust pizzas AND BIG !

The sides of the Pizza had been burned and the Pizza was cold. If you don't care about that you'll get a lot of Pizza for a lot of money.

Nice atmosphere, good pasta

It is a great restaurant chain. The previously ordered pizzas with them were really delicious. The homemade sodas too. A great idea for waiting to get a hot drink on the house. The only thing that it is when it is very crowded is something in the good food but no deduction. Highly Recommended!!!
